By uploading any content to our platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the content or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to upload and use the content in connection with our Service.
• The uploaded content does not infringe, misappropriate, or violate any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, design right, privacy, publicity, or any other intellectual property or personal rights.
• The content is not illegal, defamatory, obscene, harmful, or otherwise prohibited under applicable laws.
• You have the full legal right and authority to grant us the license described below.

You are solely responsible for ensuring the legality and appropriateness of all content you upload.

2. Limited License Granted to Us

You grant Designora a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, and process the content you upload, solely for the purpose of providing and delivering our design services to you (including AI generation, designer review, and refinement).

This license is temporary and ends once we have completed your order, except where reasonably necessary to retain records for legal, accounting, or dispute resolution purposes.

3. Your Responsibility and Indemnification

You are fully and solely responsible for any content you upload. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Designora, its owners, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Any claim that your uploaded content infringes or violates the rights of any third party;
• Any claim arising from your breach of these representations and warranties;
• Any dispute between you and a third party regarding the uploaded content.

4. Our Right to Refuse or Remove Content

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to:

• Refuse to process any order;
• Remove or delete any uploaded content;
• Suspend or terminate your account;

if we reasonably believe that the content violates these terms, infringes third-party rights, is illegal, or is otherwise inappropriate.

5. No Liability for User Content

Designora does not pre-screen or verify the legality of content uploaded by users. We act as a service provider and are not responsible or liable for any issues, disputes, or damages arising from content you choose to upload.

We recommend that you only upload content for which you clearly hold the necessary rights.

6. Reporting Infringement

If you believe that any content on our platform infringes your rights, please contact us immediately at support@designora.co.uk with detailed information so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
