1. Description of Service

Designora provides an AI-assisted design platform that helps brands and merchants create professional visual content (posters, banners, menus, social media posts, product photography composites, etc.). Our service combines AI generation with professional human designer review and refinement.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Payment and Pricing

All prices are listed in British Pounds (£). Payment is processed securely through Stripe. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected package. All sales are subject to our Refund Policy (Section 7).

5. User-Uploaded Content & Your Responsibilities

When you upload content (product photos, logos, brand assets, reference materials, etc.), you represent and warrant that:

• You own the content or have all necessary rights and permissions to upload and use it with our Service.
• The content does not infringe any third-party copyright, trademark, or other rights.
• The content is not illegal or prohibited.

You grant us a limited, temporary license to use your uploaded content solely to provide the Service to you.

You are solely responsible for the legality of any content you upload. You agree to indemnify and hold Designora harmless from any claims arising from your uploaded content.

We reserve the right to refuse or remove any content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or third-party rights.

6. Intellectual Property & License for Generated Designs

Upon full payment and delivery of the final approved designs, you receive a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and commercially exploit the delivered designs for your business purposes.

You own the specific final designs we deliver to you. However, you may not resell or redistribute the design files as stock assets or templates on third-party marketplaces.

Designora retains the right to showcase the designs in our portfolio and marketing materials (we may credit your brand or keep it anonymous upon request).

This license does not transfer rights to our AI technology, models, or engines.

7. Refund Policy

We offer a strong Design Guarantee: any design not meeting expectations will be refined by our professional designers until you are satisfied (subject to package terms).

Full refunds are generally only available if you cancel before we begin processing your order.

Once work has started, refunds are not available. Instead, we provide the refinement rounds included in your package.

We may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund or credit in cases of significant technical failure or substantial delay caused by us. For full details, please refer to our separate Refund Policy page.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Upload or generate content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or harmful
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or misuse our AI technology
• Resell or redistribute generated designs as stock content without authorisation

9. Service Availability & AI Nature

We strive to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Results generated by AI may vary. While we apply human designer review, we do not guarantee that every design will perfectly match subjective expectations. You acknowledge the creative and iterative nature of the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Designora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Designora and its team from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your uploaded content
• Your breach of these Terms

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued before termination.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
